The episode starts with a discussion on creating a review article for a topic this size, before shifting to interpreting and analyzing acid-base status. What is their step-wise approach? Are there different ways to analyze?

Then we break down some of the individual disorders, spending a majority of the discussion on metabolic acidosis causes and treatment. But we of course still highlight acetazolamide, management of respiratory acid-base disorders, and award the definitive acid-base acronym.
